UCCS Aging Center Gets Grants To Support Seniors, Caregivers

(Colorado Springs, CO) -- The University of Colorado Colorado Springs Aging Center has received three grants worth more than half-a-million dollars. A two-year grant of close to 400-thousand dollars from Colorado Health Foundation, and a grant of 75-thousand dollars from Caring for Colorado will support the integrated care programs for seniors and caregivers. A grant of close to 90-thousand dollars from the Pikes Peak Area on Aging will fund counseling for caregivers, referrals for community services, and other services.
