(Undated) -- The Colorado State Patrol is carrying out its "Zero Fatalities, Zero Tolerance" campaign this weekend. Every uniformed officer will be on duty statewide starting tonight and going through Monday morning. CSP Colonel Scott Hernandez says deadly crashes on state roads have already been reduced by more than 25-percent in the first quarter of 2014 from the year before. The department is also showing an increase in taking drunk or drugged drivers off the roads for the first three months of the year. Hernandez says the goal of the weekend operation is to show what a unified enforcement effort can do to keep people safe.
