(Colorado Springs, CO) -- A new report shows home prices in Colorado Springs are making some gains. The latest Federal Housing Finance Agency figures show prices up over four-percent for the second quarter of the year. The report looks at home prices as they're sold, re-sold or refinanced. The rise for April through June over the same period last year still lags behind other parts of the state. The report shows Denver's second-quarter prices are up nearly 12-percent compared to 2013. Home prices in Pueblo took a slight dip during the same period.
