Speaker Boehner's Lawsuit Is About Process
(Undated) -- A Republican lawmaker says a threatened lawsuit against President Obama is not about politics. Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee told CNN's "State of the Union" the President is overstepping his authority.

During the same interview, Democratic congresswoman Donna Edwards of Maryland said most Americans don't care about suing the President. She says they want to focus on the economy and other things.
House Speaker John Boehner is defending the lawsuit. In a briefing late last week, Boehner said executive authority has limits and the President is abusing those limits.
