Senator McCain Denounces Russia's Military Moves In Crimea

(Washington, DC) -- Arizona Senator John McCain says Russian President Vladimir Putin is up to his old Cold War tricks by moving troops into Ukraine's Crimea region.
McCain remarked that he thinks its clear the armed groups that have seized airports in Ukraine are Russian. He's looking for sanctions and strong moves by the Obama administration and the international community to support Ukraine. President Obama issued a statement today saying the U.S. is deeply concerned about Russian troop movement in Ukraine. Obama insisted the international community would send a strong message that there will be costs to military intervention.
