(Washington, DC) -- Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has no plans to retire anytime soon. Ginsburg told Yahoo News she's "still here and likely to remain for a while." Some Democrats have urged the 81-year-old Ginsburg to step down so that President Obama can fill her spot on the high court. Ginsburg said she'd retire when she felt she could no longer write or think as sharply and quickly as she does now. Ginsburg has battled cancer twice and last year she suffered cracked ribs after she fell in her home.
