(Pueblo, CO) -- ATMs sponsored by Pueblo Bank and Trust won't be placed in or around pot shops. The bank laid out its policy this week despite the promise of new guidance revolving around dealing with the legal marijuana trade. It affects thousands of machines sponsored by PB and T outside of Colorado. Bank president Mike Seppala tells the "Pueblo Chieftain" the rules are in line with the federal law which still views pot as illegal. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has said the Obama administration would soon announce new regulations. It would make it easier for banks to accept money from legal pot businesses.
