(Pueblo, CO) -- The Pueblo City Council is paving the way for some pot-related businesses to open in the city. Zoning regulations were approved last night. They apply to growers, testers and product makers. The regulations will put the business in industrial areas and other parts of the city which are more out of the way. Applications for licenses will start being accepted on July 1st. The decision does not mean pot shops can open. A moratorium on retail pot sales in Pueblo runs through November.
