Pot Tax Spending Plan Moves Forward
(Denver, CO) -- A plan to spend tax money from pot sales is moving forward in the state legislature. It was unanimously approved by the Senate Health and Human Services Committee yesterday. It still has to move through one more committee and gain approval from the full Senate before moving on to the House. The proposal sets aside money for things such as treatment services and other programs. The spending plan is for the upcoming fiscal year.
