(Washington, DC) -- Congressman Doug Lamborn is endorsing legal action against President Obama. The U.S. House passed a bill yesterday which authorized a lawsuit against the president over the use of executive actions. Lamborn says "we must make it clear that the U.S. Congress is a co-equal branch of government representing we the people." President Obama has defended his increased use of executive orders, calling them necessary because of congressional inaction. Democrats have called the move toward a lawsuit an election year charade. All but a handful of House Republicans voted against the bill.
