(Denver, CO) -- There's a chance Colorado drivers could soon be restricted to using their cell phones via a hands-free device behind the wheel. A hearing is scheduled for next week on a measure in the state legislature. It's backed by Aurora lawmaker Jovan Melton. Twelve states in the U.S. currently have a hands-free only policy on the books. The bill will be heard in a House committee on Wednesday.
