Critics Blast Colorado Pot Laws

(Denver, CO) -- Opponents to the use of pot on private property in the view of the public are calling it a sad day for Denver communities and kids. Gina Carbone with Smart Colorado says the city council isn't protecting children.
The city council approved rules last night that do not limit the use of the drug in areas that can be seen from streets and sidewalks. Carbone says voters were told regulations would keep marijuana away from kids when Amendment 64 was approved.
