(Colorado Springs, CO) -- Colorado Springs School District 11 is considering changes to its policies on school closures. More than a dozen have been closed in recent years. School officials tell the "Colorado Springs Gazette" they don't have any more planned, but a policy update is needed. A new proposal would give two years for schools to fix problems such as student performance and other factors that can lead to a closure. A vote on the changes is set for tomorrow night.
