(Chicago, IL) -- Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is calling the bloody weekend of violence in his city "simply unacceptable." Eleven people were killed and dozens more were wounded following a violent Fourth of July weekend in the Windy City. The spate of deadly shootings were mostly concentrated on the city's South and West sides. The "Chicago Sun Times" says nearly all those who died were black or Hispanic men 35 years of age or younger.
