(Colorado Springs, CO) -- Mayor Bach doesn't believe findings of a recent survey on stormwater plans address the city's needs. The Regional Stormwater Task Force released a report yesterday stemming from a recent poll. It outlines support for a regional solution to flooding concerns. Bach says the best solution is one he's already proposed. His plan includes the sale of bonds to raise 35-million-dollars a year for stormwater and road and bridge projects. Bach says the regional solution doesn't cover those items.
